Laksa Sarawak is in that it is a fusion between Penang Assam Laksa and Curry Laksa. It is both tamarind and based on coconut milk. Its is not greasy or 'lemak' as curry laksa and it is no sourish as Penang Assam Laksa. You should try 'Laksa Sarawak' if you want to try something that unique with twisted flavour.
